Do you have any advice for the summer before college starts? Should I try to learn more about anything etc.?
I'm going to a nice state college, and I want to be prepared. Do you think there's anything I should read up on, especially academic-wise, during the summer or anything like that? Thankyou

Please don't reply if you don't know anything about college, thanks.

I don't think there's anything necessary. You can read up the college's website to get more info about how everything works, so that you aren't trying to find your way the first few weeks. But I don't think that's necessary, finding stuff with every other new student is part of the fun.

you might try getting a class list/syllabus/book list from the prof's you are taking.

Does your college have a summer orientation? I'm starting college in the fall, too, and mine (SUNY @ Albany) has one that I'm going to. It would probably help a good deal with the transition into college.
