I was just raped. EDIT;; I didn't know more information was need. I was RAPED. What MORE do you need? I was at a party celebrating my friend's engagement, and it was getting kind of wild. Some guy that I've NEVER liked seduced me .... and I was under the influence of Marijuana and possibly other drugs. I think he might have given me a date rape drug because all I remember is the grain of wood on his bed, and being naked in the hallway near my dorm.

Now, I know getting raped is a very terrifying and traumatic experience, and it is difficult to talk about... but you have to tell someone. Anyone you can trust. That includes your parents, best friends, aunt, uncle... whoever. Just make sure they can keep a secret. Also, a call to the police would definitely help. Just stay calm, and be strong. Either way, police should be called. I went strait to the police when it happened to me and I got medically checked before i showered or washed. I admit, my case fell through, but at least he got scared by cops...

That being said, understand that crying rape is a very serious thing to do. It is not something you do because you wanted to and now think its a mistake, as that just cheapens it for every other woman who has been, and will be raped. As I am sure you would understand being in your position. And stop looking for reasons as to why it happened. It wasn't because you were high, drunk or whatever, its because the guy is an asshole, needs to be reported to the police, prosecuted and sent away for a long time. Or the alternative of wondering if/when he will do it again. Take the control back. It is a crime, it should be reported to the police. Do not shower, that removes evidence of the crime. Call the police.

Wow, so much for this being a support site. I'm really sorry that such a terrible thing happened to you. You need to tell the police and/or somebody you trust, and don't shower.
