it's really sore and red and there appears to be lots of tiny bits of tissue in me. when i pull my finger out, after inserting it, there's the normal lubricant with lots of little white bits. the discharge isn't jellyish, or thick, it's normal, with little white bits. i'm really worried about it. what could be wrong?

=\ i think it's thrush. go to the doctor's, if it is then he/she will prescribe you some meds to get rid of it.

Well the obvious solution to me, if some part of my body is "really sore and red" and going through changes, would be to see a doctor about the problem. We don't know what your problem is. We can guess, but if we're wrong and you rely on that, your problem could escalate.
