it depends on what you are eatin. i eat a normal sized bfast, then eat a few healthy snacks throughout the day. it works for me!!

depends how much fat they contained and calories etc. also, your metabolism will affect it

It depends on more than that.  What you consider large and small, how often you exercise, and how many total calories you are consuming.
