If I ran a good mile everyday plus fifty sit ups at night plus keep up with eating good foods will I loose some weight in a month?

Oh definitely... especially if you're a little chubby now. The more weight you need to lose the faster you'll lose it because it's such a big change to your body. You might not lose a lot, but you'll definitely lose some.

not at first, at first your going to gain muscle there for gaining weight, but you will loose inches and slim up then start to loose weight
