-- Posted by Define Your Line at 2:07 pm on July 8, 2008 Support Leaders, We really need to do something about these eHelps.  Now, I know it's really hard for some people to respond - especially when they're going through a really hard time themselves. However, there are many different Support Leaders that are online daily yet you always see the same ones replying to the eHelps. There are so many that haven't been answered and it's really sad.  Even the ones with only one reply should have at least two.  That way, it gives the person two people's perspectives on the matter as opposed to solely relying on one. Like I said, I'm not asking you guys to go and answer all of them.  But, even one reply from each of us would help a lot.   But please, try to provide quality replies or else there's no real point to actually replying if you're only doing it for the points. I am trying my best to provide quality replies to as many that I can and I've noticed other Support Leaders and Moderators doing the same.  But, we can't do it all by ourselves. We need help. I try to answer them too, but often I can't do many daily because I don't feel 'in the zone' and sometimes I just can't answer eHelps otherwise. I do agree with your point though, it does seem to be the same ones answering the eHelps. I replied to a few eHelps several days ago, but most of the time I simply can't answer them. I either don't have any good advice for the person, or I just can't get myself focussed to sit down and do it. There are a LOT of unanswered eHelps at the moment, but it's been like this for a long time now. I don't really see it changing soon.
