i really wanted to eat some crab so my mom cooked some today and I ate like 3 quarters of the whole crab. i gained so much weight thesedays too, i went from 98lbs to 102lbs and i hate being on the 3 digits so i wanna throw up but to think of all those hardwork taking the crab shell off digging for meat being flushed down the toilet? that makes me wanna fucking cry. god i am not fucking eating anything tomorrow and half the day after.

force throwing up is never healthy and can cause health issues. My suggestion is to exercise regularly, and eat 6 small meals a day, instead of 3 big meals a day.

try to avoid throwing up, if you feel guilty for eating, try doing some exercise, it helps to get rid of the guilt.
