I just received written feedback from an anonymous eHelp that I have recently replied to.  I would like to reply back to this person but it doesn't allow me to do so. Shouldn't there be a way to respond to the written feedbacks that are sent without disclosing the member's name? This person has sent me written feedback asking some questions and disclosing more information on the issue.  I feel that I should respond to the request for help but there is absolutely no way to do so. Everybody knows that people don't require more than one response to an anonymous eHelp. I mean, everyone would rather see updates about 'protecting how much money xxx has donated', making FAQ submissions being able to be rated without a snag, and changing code so that posts read 'posted today' if they were posted today! I mean, it's pretty obvious that the whole 'continual support' thing isn't nearly as important as these updates.
