im sick of thinking i am fat. i look like im about to have a fucking baby in 3 months and i hate it. i dont eat much candy or fatty food anymore. i dont get it. i am not pregnant for sure...(im a virginn) so eahh

It's a tedious process, losing weight. I've been exercising since January and only now am I starting to see/feel a difference. Persevere with it, and stick to your diet. Everything will turn out good in the end.

water!!!
drink lots of it..

its good that ur staying away from fatty foods!

excersise..

go on a 1200 -1500 cal diet
less than 10G fat a day
buy a pedometer and walk at least 10,000 steps a day...

u will lose weight!

just watch ur calorie intake for a while, and walk a little more during the day
