One of my best friends has list WAY too much weight in the past two weeks. First of all, she was already tiny and had seriously an amazing body (and no I am not just saying that because she is my friend) and she has never had body issues that I or any other of our friends were aware of. I mean she's humble and she doesn't boast that she's pretty, but she has never complained or picked at herself. She is extremely gorgeous but now her cheeks are way sunken in, she isn't toned anymore, she has rather large boobs, but they are saggy now because I guess her pec muscles (or whatever they're called) aren't keeping them perky (I'm not a lesbian, it's noticeable and I'm worried). She looks paler, the hair on her body is getting darker(or thicker) (it's not dark but it's darker than it usually is because she is blond). I do know that she has been extremely sad because her boyfriend broke up with her because "she cheated on him" (she didn't) but she has never been a person to let a boy bring her down like that. I don't know what to do. It's so scary but I don't want to freak her out. Honestly, though, it is important that I stress this, she has never had any body image issues or anything like that and has definitely never had an eating disorder before.

You should talk to her.
Just take her to McDonalds, buy her a few Big Macs and seriously talk to her.

this is exactly what you should do.

Try talking to her.
And just asking for the truth.
Then work on getting help together and reassuring her that you are there to help.

Talk to her and tell her that you're worried.
Let her know that you're there for her if she needs you.

Talk to her
And try to watch how she eats

talk to her. tell her that youre a little worried about her, and ask her if theres anything going on. i wouldnt suggest force feeding her mcdonalds, but maybe going to a food place you may be able to watch her reactions to food.
try to be easy on her, most people wont admit to eating disorders. she needs to know that youre always there for her though, and she'll slowly start to talk to you about things.
