So lately, I've been eating quite alot and not balancing it out with enough exercise. It could be because it's winter here (idk, apparantly people eat for warmth?) but I've noticed my weight increasing and I hate it. When I mention it to people they say "shut up, you're tiny" but that's only because they don't see me naked and I dress to suit my size. I can't wear too tight tops because my belly will stick out! Sometimes I won't eat all day until late afternoon, but when I do eat it's something unhealthy. I'm pretty sure that if my mum didn't cook for me, I'd never have anything healthy. Does anybody know of a solution to this? Any healthy foods I can eat that will fill me up so I won't have to binge eat?
