so im a 5'4 athletic girl...
and lately ive been eating a lot less and i think its cuz i have a lot on my mind however the whole controlling my appetite thing is becoming addicting. and i want to be really thin for some reason...
this is what i ate yesterday..
a nutrition bar for breakfast...
like 2 scoops of rice...an egg white...and a tiny bit of chicken for lunch....didnt eat til i came home from work at 9...
and had a half of a roast beef sandwich...
is that enought to eat?

that isn't enough to eat at all. You need 2000 calories a day to survive healthily, and thats nowhere near that figure

Eat more egg whites.
5 meals a day.
All healthy.

Enough to survive.  Not enough to maintain a healthy metabolism.

No, it isn't. You need to eat full meals at least three times a day in order to function properly (physically and mentally.)

No, you need at least 3 full meals a day. A nutrition bar is definitely not enough for breakfast.

It sounds like the classic symptoms of a control oriented eating disorder coming up.
I'd suggest that you talk to a dietician or at least the school nurse if you have one, or your doctor and get a plan that offers *balance* in food quality and type vs quantity and calories. It's not as simple as jsut a calorie count. A plan will also help you defien a reasonable goal that will keep you healthy and enjoying your athletic life style.
