Okay so i have 0% self confidence and i hate constantly having to brake down thinking that I'm pathetic and ugly. I know people keep telling me to just forget about it but it really isn't that simple I'm constantly thinking in the back of my mind "what are those people thinking of me" " what do i look like" " do i look ugly" and its taking over my life. Ive now started eating only 400- 500 calories a day to try and loose wight to maybe boost my confidence a little., But every time i eat something fatty i feel terrible like Ive let myself down and I'm back to the beginning. Does anyone have any advise to what i should do? Thank you.

I think you need to consume more calories. Just try to realistically evaluate yourself. Decide what you can improve and what you cannot. Then do you best and know that you're the best person you can be and you're probably not so bad.

You sound like me but you need to stop with the not eating thing because it's only brought me to be sick.. Right now I'm underweight and gross looking My bones are sticking out and I'm very weak, faint, and dizzy

I've been through this too a little while ago. You just gotta think of what it is that's making you feel this way. If it's your weight, then yes, do something about it. But do it SENSIBLY. It'll take time, but gradually you will start to feel better about yourself.

You shouldn't think you're ugly, just because someone doesn't like the way you look or you get assholes that make fun of you for it doesn't mean that you're ugly. I've seen girls that are absolutely beautiful that get rude comments like that simply because they can't get what they want so they try to fix their broken ego by making them seem/feel worthless.
