Try getting a firewall, Try a better security program such as Bit Defender, one that will allow you to surf in stealth mode. Also you may want to look into getting a harware firewall. There's your problem. Never caused any problems with me.  Scan everything that comes in. On topic:  Get a good firewall, Comodo (free) at the very least.  Comodo seems to be overprotective at times but better safe than sorry.
