Agree with me, Australians. I accept a level of human error with the call centres of such large companies. But, wow. New level of shitty service (both technical and human).

is this just a typical problem, or something really big? because most places just train their techs for petty shit, not cost effective to train for the odd heavy call, even though its a pain in the ass if youre experiencing terrible probs

I was with them when I first got a mobile phone because they were cheap, but I soon realised so was their service and reception.
