Not necessarily exchanging, but like taking in a student from overseas in whatever country to live with you for a few weeks? I would.. We took in a Korean girl once, it was fun, she loved my family because we spent so much money her, although she got scared of me and my friends :) hahaha. Quite a few people do it in my area - last year my friend had two French girls and a Spanish girl stay with her. It was really good meeting them. My other friend had girls from Norway and Chile who stayed for about 6 months.
