I mean, as long as you're mature and stuff, sure ask him. I'm going out with a girl who's in her 2nd year of college and I'm going to be a Sophmore. But then again, I've been going out with her since she was a Junior. Most older guys and girls, if they go out with sombody younger, they like them to be REALLY mature, like almost at their maturity.
