Forums, guestbooks, contact forms etc etc are not in HTML they are ussually in another language, ussually PHP or CGI. WYSIWYG cannot possibly create every single thing there is on the web nor can it code every single language. All of those mentioned above are avaliable pre-built online. Dynamic content's usually created with PHP, Perl or Python. That is, on a *NIX OS. On Windows you've the additional options of asp and jsp. It's also possible to do it with C++, VB, C# etc... with the right kind of interpreter. The options are massive. CGI stands for Common Gateway Interface. I don't believe you've coded in it, because such a language does not exist for you to use.
