I switched over from a PC so there are still a few things I do not know about. When your Mac freezes (mine just did and I'm not sure why) is there any code to unfreeze it (ex; on the PC you use alt+control+delete)? ? If you can't use your dock for whatever reason simply press Command (apple) - Option (alt) - Escape at the same time.
