No  you cannot. Its like the stupid myth that said if you cross your eyes for a period of time they get stuck that way. Thats false. your muscles go back. But you cant really stretch your nostril cartilage with Tissue paper. smashing it or stretching it out with metal until you can hear it rip, thats a different story.
