The power chord to my laptop is plugged in, but it's still saying it's running from battery. I've tried pushing it in harder, blowing it etc. What can I do?

Is it on at the wall? Sure sounds obvious now, but when you check and it's not turned on.. it will suck.

ignore it, if it runs of the mains it will work regardless of wt it says - save wt ur doing every 5mins if ur doing anything important though

If there are two parts to the chord check to see that those are connected. Otherwise the chord might be "broken" for a number of reasons. It could also be your battery. Maybe even something else.

There might be a battery failure.. Try turning the laptop on and off again, if the same thing happens you may have to get it repaired. Hope it's under warranty.
