As per self driving, the technology is there to do that but that would just take all the fun out of the driving. Plus, if you're too busy to drive odds are you're rich enough to afford a driver. They could raise the speed limit though, at least out in the country or on the motorways, because the cars would presumably communicate with one another as to where they are. On top of that, you'd know exactly when to leave to arrive at a certain time.
