Like instead of filling out a thing or posting in serious forms make an instant messenger like thing for LiveWire and make it connect to the first Support Leader on. Although Im usually happy to help, there are times when I'm on here to blow off steam or forget stuff, and just can't help.  I wouldnt want to be messaged all the time. Interesting concept.
