I'm wondering...if someone receives an email from an email account, can you find the IP address on it AFTER the email account has been deleted?

Lets say its like Yahoo or Hotmail...Can you do aynthing once the whole thing was deleted?

Did you send child porn or something?

Yes I believe its possible, everything you do on the Internet is tracked and stored.

But my question is more so...can the AVERAGE person do this?

Or do you have to already have trackers or software? Or get like police involvement?

No, not porn...I was wanting to send an email pretending to be someone to a friend.  But then delete the account IN CASE they find out in a month or so. (I only wanted to send like 2 emails)
