but you're in malysia !..medicament are not the same in everycountry..!ask your doc..Blessed is the person who is too busy to worry in the daytime and too sleepy to worry at night.

From my experience, Lunesta has been the most effective for me. But, you need to go to a doctor for something like that.

Advil PM is stronger than Tylenol PM.
