I have to figure in about 1-2 months hiring time for any new employees, it really sucks. I have jobs thrown in my face all the time to the point where I have TOO MANY job offers. My last job begged me to stay, and I now have two jobs. Plus, I've gotten two calls from other potential jobs that I was forced to turn down since I already have two jobs. Not to brag or anything. You just have to work your ass off and look a little harder. Good luck.
