You could zoom in to different parts and trace all the lines. You would have to zoom in a lot and then just trace the lines on the zoomed in images.

ok well i honestly don't see how photoshop would be smart enough to do that...the only thing i can think of is making all the lines thicker, so they extend farther, but that would also make them fatter and it might mess it up.
