There is a lot to be said for it, or at the very least, for limited sexual partners before committing to that on eperson who is your (hopefully) life-long partner/support/helper/lover. There are physical and emotional prices to be paid when indulging in instant-gratification recreational sex. I know that's not what a lot of peopel want to hear and I wouldn't ahve listened a long time ago either but I've got a wider perspective now. Religion may be an influence but religion generally is based on hundreds or thousands of years of people's expereiences-good and bad.Those who think religion is just a big "NOT To DO" list, are ignorant of the debates and reasoning and expereience behind dogma with sexual contexts.In the end, it comes down to your personal philosopies.
