Of course you have time. Don't make excuses. 100 crunches a day takes about 10 minutes max.

Sit ups, crunches and static holds (they are hard).

I dont think 7-10 minute routines will get you anywhere for ages. it got my friend ages to get them when he did full routines every day. but crunches helppp (y) BUT GOOD LUCK. :D

it's really important to have overall fitness. crunches alone won't get you abs -- you need to do crunches as well as running or swimming or biking... just any cardio where you're sweating. try and get 20 minutes of cardio a couple of times per week and do crunches every day.

You have abs. If you're talking about strong, defined abs, it's going to depend on your overall condition. You will never get defined abs if you have a layer of fat over them. So the first step in getting defined abs is to get rid of excess fat. Then you can do crunches to strengthen and define your abs. However, you're also going to need to strength your back muscles too. Strong abs with weak back muscles will result in imbalance and set you up for back injury and pain. That's why it's important to work on strengthening all your muscles, as opposed to trying to single out some single area of the body.
