the last week or so i havent been able to sleep ive woken up lots in the night and then not been able to go back to sleep. does anyoneno anythin tht will help me sleep??! any help will be appreciated!

excercise! and like.. idk, try to get really tired b4 bed.. maybe watch a movie or read a book right before bed, and wake up early the next morning

hmm.... i have the same problem. i usually wake up all queezy... idk. ive been diagnosed w/ insomnia.
