It looks like long hours in front of a computer screen for the past six years have given me a condition known as visual snow. I don't have the floaters like that, but the snow is about the same. I don't think it is actually very visually impairing, but I do wish I could see normally.

It actually doesn't suck as badly as it seems, its progressive so you get used to it. I wasn't even completely sure it wasn't normal until I read an article on it.
