Yeah, my aunt had a son, then she got pregnant again and 5 months thru she had a miscarriage, and then she had 2 more kids after that

Unless there is a helth issue that caused the misscarriage then yes you could concieve again and carry a healthy baby full term

probably. a miscarriage, in most cases, is a natural abortion, if there's something wrong with the embryo/fetus
