I'm actually 19 right now and I'll be turning 20 in 10 days. Well, I recently found out that she is actually 16, and will be turning 17 in 2 months! She looked a lot older and I actually look younger for my age, but still, this isn't right is it? We did not have sex or anything because I "thought" she was 17 and was gonna wait for her 18th birthday. Is this even right? A 16 year old girl and a 20 year old guy? Should I even keep calling her? Plus she's turning 17 and your turning 20 this year, which makes it 3 years difference. Which I see nothing wrong with that. I have a friend who's with another one of my friends, she's 16 and he's 19/20. And they make quite a couple. They are both Christians mind, but still. I don't think 3/4 years difference is a problem at all. specially seen as your both over the age of 16. If you like her enough and she likes you too then stick with it. Just don't make any stupid mistakes or anything. BUT, she did lie. Now I don't know your views on lies, but I'd rather not be lied too. There IS a bit of "silly young girl" quality to this situation. She simply isn't as mature- can't be - as you may need at your age. You are a heading into adulthood very soon. She's sweet sixteen and isn't near where you are going. Sex, legal or not, depending on where you are (and why is that assumed?) will bond you and bind you. Why is it so wrong for two people, that have FULL knowledge of what they are doing and can do with their bodies?
