I was going to but then I read this: "Do not upload photos containing Nudity, Celebrities, Firearms, Violence, Hard Drugs, Pornography, or Copyrighted Material. Accounts in violation are removed without warning." Two, some people in theory could use audio files that are not music, less than a 30sec clip (fair use policy), or use something that they actually have the rights to (IE a friends band or something).
