Does anyone have a myYearbook account that knows whether or not you're allowed to put iTunes songs into your locker? I was going to but then I read this:

"Do not upload photos containing Nudity, Celebrities, Firearms, Violence, Hard Drugs, Pornography, or Copyrighted Material. Accounts in violation are removed without warning."

Didn't know if the Copyrighted Material bit applied to music or not.

See if you can upload it?

but i don#'t see how you can as the music is never shown in a folder?

How would copyrighted material NOT apply to music? Thats one of the number one things that people bitch about!

It's not that I don't know if I physically can or not, it's that I don't know if it'd get me banned or not.

And, yeah, you can find iTunes music in a folder.

My Computer> Folders> My Music> iTunes> iTunes Music

Because it wasn't stated, other people have music up (why else would they have an application for it?), and where else would I get music for it?

Well, for one, DRM music isnt going to work.

Two, some people in theory could use audio files that are not music, less than a 30sec clip (fair use policy), or use something that they actually have the rights to (IE a friends band or something).

However, in practice, most people on the internets dont do that.

Well, this one guy has Kryptonite by 3 Doors Down up. I'm listening to it now to see if it's a full song or not but I'm going to guess that it is.

Just seemed strange that they'd ban copyrighted images but allow full songs to be put up... *shrugs*

Just saw this:

Note: Do not upload copyrighted content.

What the hell does that leave?
