Now i have heard that that sight contains child porn/ other illegal stuff. Is this true? Because i don't want a sight like that on my history as in the future i'll be applying for jobs that require security checks (including internet/phone activity. There have been cases of users on 4chan posting things like that, but they have been banned because the posting or distribution of anything like child porn is illegal. Most of the boards on 4chan really aren't that bad, and maybe chances are the person who will screen your computer has never heard of 4chan, but a clearing of your history won't hurt either way. -- Posted by woolo at 7:46 am on Aug. 2, 2008 No i am applying for the police force in a years time and as part of that i must agree to a full MI5 security check. This includes phone calls and browsing habbits. But its very unlikely you'll find child porn on it - they have a strong stance against it.
