Let's say i wanted to transfer out of the school i was accepted to.
So that i go to a school closer to home.
Or simply a school that's cheaper.

Should i wait to finish my year here at AIC?
Or try and transfer out immediately?

You should finish the year then transfer, I've been told it's better that way

you should get tongue surgery first

If you want to transfer, go ahead and give it a go after you finish this semester/quarter. I transferred after my first semester and then again after my second semester...dear God, please let this one stick...

Finish the year first,
the transfer.
:D

I would wait a semester unless you have not started yet. If you have not started yet there is really no reason to stay unless you are not going to get your tuition back or you have already bought books and such.

finish the year, the place you go to might be on a different stage of what your learning so you might have to redo stuff you've done (boringg!) or like do loads of catchup (boringg!)

Mmm... I'll give the school a call.
I haven't purchased anything. But my scholarships and loans have gone through.
So i'm not sure if i'll be stuck trying to pay those off while im attending another school...
This does not make sense...

Hopping around? Transferring isn't really that bad, I think you're kind of overreacting.

I transferred after my first semester because I hated the school, I just got stuck there because I didn't apply to enough colleges and my grades in high school suffered my senior year.

I transferred again because I decided I wanted to major in something else and am now gearing up to attend a school that has enough options that I shouldn't have to leave again whether I change my mind about my major or not.

And, hell, I knew a girl who transferred about three or four times and managed to hit the same damn school twice!
