Have you ever achieved it? I can think of a few times when I was really young that I had some dreams that I think fall into the lucid category but since I hit the double digits, nothing.
I'm going to start one of those dream journals because I've heard/read that that's a good step towards lucid dreaming.

Discuss.

I have those at least once a month sometimes more. Also ones where i think its not real then i convince myself it is only to wake up disappointed.

It pisses me off because it's always a really good dream and then i realize it's not real.
