Well I'm 16 and I have been for about three months now. I'm 6' 1" and my weight wavers between 145-150 and it's pissen me off cause I just can't seem to get any bigger! It's not like I'm just scrauny tho. I have been lifting for almost two years and can bench about 195. But I eat just as much as my parents and my dad is a pretty big guy. (the only reason he can take me down is because he's fatter :P) it just bugs me tho cause I have like skinny ankles and wrists! What can I do??

Lift heavier!!! I have the same problem, except I can never break 210 lbs.

Eating good sized meals more than once a day! And vitamins.

lift less reps more weight and do more than jst bennch work on sholers, incline bench and back

Well off course lol. I switch it up every day. Like tue I do squats, wed I do power cleans, Thursday I do curls, ect...

Consider yourself lucky.  You may think you are skinny but you are healthy.  Perhaps you have your priorities in the wrong place.  When I was 14 I was 5'8" tall and when I turned 15 I was 6'2 and another year was 6'5" and weighed about what you do now.  Talk about awkward?  I am now the same height and weigh 185.  

Relax and don't become obsessed with your size.  Hormones will settle down and you will fill in some more.
