Immediate positions available for this Fall" and stuff.. Now I know someone who APPLIED to be an RA with me, but this persn didn't get the job.  I know when someone leaves their job, they need replacements and often call from the pool of candidates who applied... He never got a call or offer to be the RA this summer when a few people left... Is this a possible sign they don't want him as an RA?  Like a blow to the face? Because, as soon as an RA is fired/lost/graduated, at least, in my Housing Department, they go to through the list. Seems to me like they didn't see him as fit to be an RA.
