I don't have a membership to a gym. But I can do this at home. Is this a good workout. 100 pushups 40 pull ups 250 reps of ab workouts Some sprints in my backyard.

Sounds good to me. Just dnt over work yourself. AND drink plenty of water.

Yes, just make sure you have enough protein. Perhaps you should try a multivitamin to so your muscles will have enough nutrients.
