I've been getting them alot lately, they've been getting increasingly bad. I usually can't breathe, and cry alot, and need to be away from people. Anyone else experience this? How do you cope?

I only have it on certain occasions. I just try to calm myself down. Like to just take one step at a time and to breathe.

Try to ground yourself, sit down and feel as much as possable. Then just stay calm and ride it out

I agree. They are a bitch and a half. But having people say "just calm down" sucks even more, because it's impossible to calm down.

Exactly, or at least I can't. And I think because of my brain damage my hand seems to get a lot worse when they happen. I haven't had one in a couple of days though, thank goodness.

I get these every night. They suck. I get nauseous, sweaty, dizzy, and I feel like i cant go to sleep. I end up staying practically all night. Go to the doctor, they might be able to prescribe you something to help you calm down.
