I went through an LPN/LVN apprenticeship training program to become a licensed pratical/vocational nurse. I get more hands on clinical job settings than most RNs do. I get to give patients medicine, change their dressings, and occasionally inject and IV system. Not to mention the countless tears I've gotten to dry and the many hugs and kisses I get in thanks. I truely love my job, not to mention the $30,000 annual salary with a 10% pay raise each year. I wish I hadnt, but I got me GED, I am enrolled in college. I love my life. It would have been easier if I would have stayed in school, but shit happens you know.
