My girlfriend's dad brought a new laptop today, so he asked me round to help his to set up the wireless, I went round and found that his wireless network card which came built in wasn't installed, so I went to the control panel and went onto 'Add device' I found and installed the wireless card, but now when I try to access the internet I get a code 10 error on the wireless card, any idea on how to fix this? You should have to do something to install it properly.
