Okay, so, I was wondering how many hours of sleep do you get each night? What is the amount needed for someone who is 18? I go to sleep anywhere from 11pm to 3am and I get up between 9am and 12pm. Throughout the night, I wake up at different times, roll over and usually fall back asleep within five minutes. Anyway, it seems no matter how much sleep I get, I still tend to wake up feeling well, sleepy. Is there any real reason for this? Or am I just a lazy person?

I get 4-6 hours a night

Without an alarm, I'll sleep for 14 hours straight. With a little disciple, it's 7-8 hours a night.

many people are like that, sometimes its natural sometimes its not but about 6-7 hours of sleep should be good

About 6, sometimes less.

It probably means you just need more sleep. Teenagers need a lot of sleep...like 10-12 hours i think.

For me, if I get about 5 hrs or 8 hrs, I wake up not sleepy. Any other amount of time I wake up sleepy. Its wierd.

gawd i have trouble sleeping. even when im tired it'd take me an hour or more to fall asleep. and just like you id wake up diff times in the middle of the night. every hour tho. like if it starts at 7am then i'll wake up again at 8,9,10 etc till i actually get out of bed. but i think pplz should get about 6-8 hours of sleep.

I sleep about 8 hours, I'm 22 though. When I was 18, I slept about 10 or 11 hours.... My sleep patterns change often because I'm manic-depressive and when I'm depressed I can not wake up not matter what I do. I'm just tired and want to sit or lay down and not move. Are you depressed? otherwise, just try getting more sleep and don't drink caffiene or eat sweets before bed becuase it's disrupts sleep. keep a regular sleeping pattern. Same time to bed and same time up. it helps too.

I go about 10 to 12 hours a night, during the summer. During school, 9 to 10 hours. With naps during the day.

I sleep anywhere from 10 to 14 hours nowadays. The amount of sleep needed varies for each individual.

I get about 7. You need about 7-8 if you are 18.
