Okay, FIRST off, is anyone else having issues with the newest iTunes version?
My laptop was having some issues before, but not major issues.. I was living in Ireland for a month for school and tried to connect to the internet and it would NOT connect so we fucked with a lot of settings.. that might have a LITTLE to do with it, but once I was back home and connected at home everything was back to normal.
When I downloaded the new version of itunes, it seemed like it completely fucked up my laptop. It will open, but it freezes the second I open it, I can't even cntrl alt delete because some of my keys aren't working.. Which is a different story.
Anyways.. I need a new laptop anyways, but I didn't start having problems until I updated.

So my other question is.. I downloaded itunes on my pc and it seems to be running fine. I know I will lose all of my songs on my iPod, but shouldn't the things I purchased still be in the purchased area when I sign in? Well it's not, so how do I get them there? When I go into my account and purchase history, it has a list of things I bought, but they aren't playable or drag-able..If that's a word haha.

Well, I can't because I'll lose it from my iPod once I put it on a different computer won't I?

Nope, I did that at the library, it stayed on my iPod.

Not that I don't trust you, but I'm about 90% positive I'll lose everything on my iPod when I connect to another computer. I'm not worried about that.. It's time consuming, but I'm worried about the stuff I bought. I bought two seasons of a tv series and a few songs and CDs.
I thought it would still be there when I signed in to iTunes. I'm so confused?

Yeah, I also lost everything on my iPod. But it was Ok, because I went back home and resynced everything.

No, you can transfer those from your iPod to your iTunes on the new computer, which in my case was the library's

I transfered my Simpsons movie I downloaded at the library to my computer back home.

It's not the internet. There's no need for sign in.
