watch your diet.. make sure you do enough running.. .do sit ups.. crunches and "The plank".. exercise :)

Sit ups alone won't help if you have some flab, but they can help give you strong core muscles... Prob should do cardio to burn fat... Now if only I could actually do that

A healthy diet, healthy work out routin.

 Mix things up a bit in your work out, you could also try sports.
