I didn't realize i did it until recently. I just got back from vacation today with my Aunt and my Mom. During the vacation, my Aunt had her own bed in the hotel and I shared one with Mom. The first morning when I woke up, she told me I kept murmuring in my sleep and patting her head(my cats always sleep with me at home, so I must have thought she was my cat.) Then this morning, when I woke up she told me I had been thrashing around and talking again, and put my arm across her. Usually, in the mornings, i wake up with a sore throat or sore body parts. Maybe it's because I do all that flailing and talking in my sleep. I've even sleep walked before. I really wish I could control my dreams and what I do in my sleep.

It's normal, don't worry. When i used to share a room, my brother told me i talked in my sleep & i did not know that. & then sometimes when he feel asleep before me, i used to hear him in his sleep. I also slept walked once when i was younger. In psychology i learned that is due to the cause of the immaturity of the central nervous system.
