Alright, so i am 5'4 133lbs. i want to get down to 110lbs. By exercising and eating right will i be able to reach that goal or is it too impossible?

it depends entirely on your body type. a lot of girls aren't supposed to weigh that little.

I am 5'6 and 145 lbs I have been working on it for a few days. I have been counting my calories, and its really not hard. I eat 1500 or less calories a day. I also exercise 45 min - and hour every day.

it's definitely possible but you'll have to work out every day and it may take awhile. but honestly that's a good weight so i wouldn't be trying to lose that much.
