Pick one.

I own a Fender Stratocaster and a Gibson SG, and both are pretty amazing.

they all have significant differences and i'm pretty biased towards fender, but PRS apparently makes some serious instruments.

I like Jackson MGs because I'm a metalhead. I also wouldn't mind an Ibanez RG. Dean or ESP is horrible, but I couldn't possibly see myself playing the rest.

They all have their finer-points. Personally I love the shape of the BC Rich Ironbird's body, but it lacks the sustain of the les-paul or the bite of more super-strat style guitars. Nothing a bit of tweaking wont fix though.

I have a handmade and fender.
but i prefer gibson over fender.
