to dislike your sister, but is it normal to want to shove her into a trash compactor ON A DAILY BASIS?!?! I swear, she drives me insane! She's always acting like my mom and getting on my case about every little thing! What should I do?! We've tried sitting down and talking, but that did absolutely nothing. And please, no 'oh, you'll like her when you're older.' I get that enough from my parents and other adults and I know it's nothing but a bunch of bullshit.

It's normal yes. At least for some people. I suppose?

it's not a load of bull, it's true. you get on better when you have a break from each other and are living your own lives and when you become more mature.

I think it's normal. My brother is only 4, and he annoys the shit out of me. I always feel like doing that kind of shit to him on a daily basis.

Ugghhh I hate my sister i hate being around her shes allways annoying me and trying to be like me fuck i hate it but its normal and i know you dont want to hear this but you'll get closer as you get older im starting to notice it already with my sister

Yes it's normal. I hate it when my sister finds what pisses you off most and just keeps pokin' you and pokin' you (metaphorically). She pokes me, I'll break her finger! But other times she's really nice. For my birthday she went out and looked for something that I would like. When she went to America she kept looking for John Cena stuff to get for me because I was bummed that I couldn't go. 54

DUDE!!! my sister and i have THE SAME PROBLEM!!!! ok so this is what you do. WHENEVER she decides to argue about stupid stuff, like ohh the new person said i like apples not oranges then you come back with this. Well it is a POINTLESS argument. Ohh btw if you are the younger sister I am sorry to say but she is prolly actting like your mom cuz she took part in rasing you. It is NOT something she WANTS to do it is OUT OF HABIT! I have the same problem with my sister. I treat her like i am her mother. I don't do it on purpose its just that i freakin raised that girl. My parents both worked and i was like her mom. So when she got older i had difficulty steping out of that position....

Try giving her the silent treatment. Try to answer short and not talk to her. Maybe avoid her. And if she is on your case, make up an excuse or get on HER case...

i wouldnt know i dont have a sister. But, if it counts, sometimes my mom makes me want to take her out into the middle of a field cut off her legs and arms and leave her there.

ive never really had siblings like that, but i would compromise, or give a reward system for her to behave better
